This means that data remains 100% in the Netherlands and is subject exclusively to Dutch law. Uniserver Cloud is certified according to NEN7510 and ISO 27001 and has an ISEA 3402 SOC2 statement. In addition, we are actively preparing for the NIS2 guidelines and the European EUCS certification.
