The data therefore remains 100% in the Netherlands and falls exclusively under Dutch law. Uniserver Cloud has the NEN7510 and ISO 27001 certifications and an ISEA3000 SOC2 declaration. Uniserver is currently preparing for the NIS2 guidelines and EUCS certification.
