IG&H acquires CloudNation from Atomic Group
Utrecht, April 28, 2026 – IG&H acquires CloudNation from Atomic Group, taking a clear step towards end-to-end digital transformation.
With the acquisition, IG&H adds over 60 specialized cloud and AI engineers, with strong positions on AWS and Azure. The combination of CloudNation's technical execution power and IG&H's sector knowledge in financial services, healthcare, and retail enables clients to realize end-to-end digital transformations and addresses a fundamental shift in the market: organizations are no longer seeking just technology, but partners who understand their business and can actually realize change.

Following the sale of Cloudnation, Atomic Group is focusing entirely on sovereign cloud, data, and AI infrastructure for the Netherlands — and sees that market growing rapidly now that European regulations are tightening. Revodata, Atomic Group's Databricks partner, remains an unchanged part of the group. The commercial partnership with CloudNation will continue.
