Fuse AI operates within a private, sovereign cloud environment and processes data entirely under your own control. Instead of sending information to public AI platforms, prompts, documents and results remain within Dutch data centres. This allows you to retain control over sensitive information and limit your dependence on foreign legislation.

The solution is built as a modular AI layer on top of existing systems. Using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Fuse AI retrieves relevant information from internal sources such as SharePoint, document management systems, and CRM or ERP platforms. Based on this, the model generates answers with source attribution. Thanks to its model-agnostic design, you can choose which Large Language Model to use, ranging from open-source models such as Llama or Mistral to your own fine-tuned variants. Fuse AI integrates seamlessly into existing applications, customer portals and workflows via APIs.
